We can exchange your product if you have received the wrong or damaged product.
Exchange or return is only possible if you create a video of unboxing the product.
Unboxing Video:
When you receive the parcel please make an opening video from start to end without any pauses and cuts. Must show the product clearly in the video and if there is any damage make sure you have shown it in the video.
